Spring Craft Fair Season – Indian Summer Leather Design

It’s SPRING. The time of year when the blossoms arrive, and the sun starts to melt the prairie ice & snow. It’s also the time where we leave our salty, sea-air Gabriola Island home and head east to Alberta and Saskatchewan, to take part in the Our Best To You SpringArt &Craft Sale(Red Deer & Regina), as well as the Butterdome Spring Craft Sale in Edmonton.

This year marked the second year we joined the ranks of other 150+ fellow artisans in Red Deer for a 2-day craft show extravaganza. Our booth was a hit. We loved chatting with new faces & old, and had a wonderful time seeing our familiar artisan friends, and of course meeting some new artisans from the area. We look forward to returning to Red Deer for our third year in 2019. The Regina show was a first for our business, and we really enjoyed ourselves there too.

As we write this, we are preparing for our final show in Edmonton before we head west back to the coast. We just wanted to thank everyone for taking the time to visit us at the shows, purchase our handmade leather wares, and stop to chat. Meeting our customers face to face and interacting on a personal level helps fuel the love for what we do – and boy do we love it! Our business truly centres around customer service and having a close, friendly relationship with the people who use and love our bags. Anita has been designing leather for over 22 years.
